PCCS India provides professional termite control and anti-termite treatment in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) and across Kerala. We offer post-construction treatment for existing homes and offices, and pre-construction soil treatment for new buildings. Our trained technicians use government-approved termiticides. PCCS India has been in business since 2008, is ISO certified and has served more than 14,000 customers.
Signs you have termites
- Mud tubes (thin tunnels of soil) on walls, foundations or door frames
- Wood that sounds hollow when tapped, or wooden frames that crumble
- Doors and windows that suddenly stick or no longer close properly
- Small piles of discarded wings near windows, especially after rain
- Damage to books, cardboard boxes or furniture stored against walls
Kerala’s humid climate and long monsoon keep termites active all year. Subterranean termites live in the soil and come up through cracks in the floor and walls, so damage is often found late. If you see any of these signs, book an inspection before the damage spreads.
Our termite treatment options
Post-construction anti-termite treatment (drill-fill-seal)
For existing buildings, we drill small holes at regular intervals where the floor meets the wall and along the outside walls. We inject termiticide through the holes to create a chemical barrier in the soil, then seal the holes. We also treat infested woodwork such as door frames, cupboards and roof timber directly.
Pre-construction anti-termite treatment
For new buildings, we treat the soil at each stage of construction: the foundation pits, the plinth fill and the soil under the floor, before the concrete is laid. This creates a protective barrier under the whole building from day one. It is the most effective and least disruptive way to protect a new house, villa or commercial building.
Wood borer and furniture treatment
We treat wooden furniture, doors and roofs affected by termites or wood borers to stop further damage.
How the process works
- Inspection: we find where termites are entering, how far the colony has spread and what type of structure we are protecting.
- Quote: we recommend a treatment and give you a clear quote based on the area of the building.
- Treatment: trained, uniformed technicians carry out the treatment with proper safety equipment. Most homes can stay occupied during post-construction treatment.
- Follow-up: we give you prevention advice and are available for follow-up inspections.

Frequently asked questions about termite control
How much does termite treatment cost in Trivandrum?
The cost depends on the area of the building (usually measured in square feet), whether it is pre- or post-construction, and how serious the infestation is. We inspect first and give a clear quote before starting.
How long does anti-termite treatment last?
A professional soil treatment usually protects a building for several years. How long it lasts depends on the soil, moisture and whether the barrier is disturbed later, for example by digging or renovation.
Do I need to leave my house during termite treatment?
Usually not. Post-construction treatment is done along the floor edges and outside walls. We will tell you which rooms to keep clear while we work and for how long.
Is termite treatment safe for children and pets?
Yes, when it is done properly. The termiticide is injected into the soil and sealed in, so there is very little exposure inside the home. Keep children and pets away from the work area until the holes are sealed.
When should I do pre-construction termite treatment?
Start at the foundation stage, before the plinth is filled and before the floor concrete is laid. Contact us when you start construction so we can plan the treatment stages with your contractor.
